职责描述：

? Enable project operation with process and template in the project management cycle. 

? Analyze the performance of multiple projects by analyzing cost, resource, milestones, deliverables and risks.  Provide insight to score the projects and report project progress with predictable and accurate KPIs.

? Control and manage the projects baseline in cooperation with stakeholders. Offer direct financial communication with project team.

? Centralize the resource demands and conduct the demands-supply gap analysis on a regular base. 

? Create and execute internal controls and offer Internal Auditor services to assure project expense and deliverables are compliant with plan. Identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for operation leader.

? Make suggestions for improvements to project operations as needed. Has the ability to recognize which areas of project need to be re-addressed in order to maintain efficiency and cost control. 

任职要求：

? Over 5 years’ project management experience with ability of both detail oriented and strategic thinking.

? Strong numerical skills, analytical skills and modelling skills. Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. 

? Multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse work group.

? Strong problem-solving, organizational and written/oral communication skills.

学历要求：正规全日制本科（不含自考，函授，夜大等），需求1年以后，英语流利交流。

.能用各种模型进行数据分析，擅长Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project

2.有较强的沟通能力与处理各种困难的能力
