Mission

the key objective of this position will be the effective performance of day-to-day administration tasks that support the overall service management of the aftermarket operation.

Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Be proactive to support, co-ordinate and monitor customer order process from order entry to shipment planning/service order till invoice. Also give active support of pre-sales or report if need. Ensure timely and accurate data input.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accomplishment, track the spare parts delivery schedule and give feedback.

· Service KPI monitor. Raise red flag for any risk or bottleneck with proposal.

· System master data maintenance including equipment data and other required information collection.

· Documentation timely for customer contracts, work order, service report and other relative files.

· Support operation on local spare parts inventory management and ensure the inventory accuracy by stock counting termly.

· Stick on company SOP and policy. Verify approval process before any physical activity

· Team work spirit. Share own experience and lesson learn within team.

· Be prepared on special project assignment.

Experience Requirements

Prior experience in administrative function or customer relations in a busy working environment.

Knowledge / Educational requirements University / College graduated Strong PC skills and good on Excel ERP, SAP experience are considered as the advantages Fluency in English
