Key Responsibilities:

• This is a demand planning role in Value Stream within supply chain.
• Expectations for this role are to lead Value Stream supply chain demand planning process enhancement & maturity improvement through both statistical technical wise and enrichment collaboration with commercial. To improve core processes effectiveness and statistical forecast baseline quality that result in overall forecast accuracy improvement on both family and reference level, to lead and setup solid demand planning SIOP review structure with commercial team,  .
• Mentor demand planner use bestfit statistical modelling to generate most suited statistical forecast at different level (product line, family and reference). Build up relationship with commercial team and drive to setup demand review process. Guide team to adjust statistical forecast based on collaboration with Front Office and trade-off decisions of SIOP. With statistical and process wise enhancement to enable a high quality commercial forecast.
• Proficient in fcsting digital tools like Forecast Pro, Kinaxis, Demantra, etc.
• This position interacts with all levels of internal personnel in & out of the LSC/LSG value stream, requiring communication skills. Strong demand planning knowledge & business sense with digital capability.
• Effectiveness in this role also requires functional knowledge of corporate operations.
• Potential people management skills, Mature leadership is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain demand planning, Masters preferred.
• Requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years relevant demand planning or data analysis experience, people management, project management experience preferred. Must have experience in implementing Sales Operations Inventory and Planning process from inception to production, and leading that process on an on-going basis.
• Must have experience in Demand Planning or Co-planning, Master Production Planning, DPP, or Inventory Management in global, complex, high SKU environments.
• Experienced in working in a collaborative matrix environment.
• Preferred in leading supply chain transformation projects across organizational boundaries.
• Strong analytical skills, with APICS, PMP, forecaster related certification or equivalent certification is a plus.
