Drive the sales growth of Thermo Fisher Scientific China at designated focus accounts in China, including meeting overall focus accounts growth sales targets of the designated accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, understanding account purchasing process, developing good relationship with the customer to understand all customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
To promote Thermo Fisher total solution to the customer. As the key member, to take the owner, coordinator and supporting role in the different stages of the project. Develop programs to support focus accounts which best leverage Thermo Fisher’s capabilities to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations. resolve customer issues by working closely with the support teams on commercial, technical and operational matters across function and divisions Develop close relationship with the customer and gain improved understanding of the customer’s organization and purchase process to improve account penetration. Develop critical strategies for major tenders at focus accounts. Develop appropriate bundled solutions across product lines to improve win rate against competitors in the focus accounts. Explore and catch up the high potential business opportunities. To integrate the internal resources and leverage the external partners to convert the opportunities/leads to the revenue. Manage the existed or develop the new sales channel. SFDC and sales data analysis, reporting and business review Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor and above degree in biological science, Chemistry, Analytical Field, prior field experience in sales and/or marketing preferred Familiarity with the local Academy/Industry/Pharma market etc Good communication, collaboration and teamwork skills with customers Basic knowledge of relevant to academy/industry/pharma business Must be self-directed and self-motivated with a high bias for action Ability to work under pressure, positive attitude, multi-task, prioritize and goal-focused. Strong written and oral communication for both English and Chinese Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and SAP Willingness to travel as needed
