职位描述
Mission
To build up and lead strong team to provide capable service to customer to achieve customer satisfaction while facilitate the team to develop and the service business in a profitable way.
Major responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Be responsible for achieving team service revenue target (NIS); ( If Applicable)
· Utilize personnel, equipment, materials, and facilities to satisfy customer needs on equipment services within team functional cost target; Maximize effective individual and group productivity
· Team fix assets, safety PPE and EHS equipment management;
· Continuously improve the service process and efficiency so as to ensure the customer satisfaction
· Manage and allocate service resources in a good way to meet business needs
· Provide on site technical support and problem solve when required
· Responsible for interface with other business line, channel and end user to ensure service remains a valuable business in your area
· Monitor the activities of assigned personnel, ensure quality service is provided to customers, maintain good communications between sales & service and take corrective action to resolve problems that may affect service delivery
· Keep effective communication with product sales and cooperate to secure the business opportunity
· Manage service team capability with people selection, performance management and competence development
· Set up self-study, presentation, and education etc., program for team member to follow up, be responsible for team staff performance and appraisal;
· Provide feedback of product quality performance and service quality performance to technical specialist with inputs from FSEs and customers
· Workshop management according to Atlas Copco and customer’s standard;
· On time and correctly report working activities; Collect and analysis tool KPI, take improvement action and report regularly;
Candidate profile
Education
· Bachelor degree in mechanical & electrical engineering
Experience
· 3+ years experience in aftermarket service of high end industrial product prefer in power tools and automotive industry and 1+ supervision on customer service
Knowledge
· Extensive knowledge of manufactory industry, production methods and industry trends
Skill
· Strong communication and interpersonal skill
· Technical problem solving skill
· Good PC skills (excel, word, Powerpoint)
Language
· Good English both in oral and written
· Fluency in local dialect(s) is a plus
