职责描述：

? Design test rules and test plan and strategy 

? Assign test task according to test plan and ensure test runs smoothly

? Organize and supervise test, communicate in time to solve serious bugs and ensure achieve to test goal.

? Summarize and track bug in time 

? Build automated test team 

? Optimize and improve test team technical and operational capabilities ,and carry out cross-departmental coordination

任职要求：

? Bachelor degree or above in computer Science or related major

? At least 5 years of test experience for web internet Mobile oriented products, and three test management experiences.

?Strong understanding of QA methodology and software development lifecycle

? Good at Android and IOS or other mobile

? Development experience is required

? Strong Writing English,  speaking is preferred
