职位描述

Job Purpose
Develop the assigned category strategy and brand plans for the CHC brands in charge. Ensure local plans are aligned with the global strategy and are reflecting all relevant local insights. Work in close collaboration with strategic partners to implement brand plans, define brand guidelines and identify local new business opportunities to achieve Market shares objectives.
As the Category Leader, this position will be in charge of developing strategies and plans that could be implemented in all relevant channels, inclusive of e-Commerce and traditional offline channels.
Key Accountabilities
Develop category strategic plans
-Lead the implementation of the global strategies, then develop & implement local strategies reflecting all relevant local insights
-Drive excellence in execution for category initiatives in accordance with global brand strategies
-Work cross functionally, drive and support continuous improvement, risk assessment and contingency planning for the brands in charge
-Lead innovation planning
Lead & manage the annual brand plan
-Deploy the global brand strategy and co-work relevant stakeholders on the China local brand strategy
-Co-design the domestic plans and follow up execution of domestic plans
-Consolidate all “Sanofi internal Best Marketing Practice Sharing” as well as “China industrial benchmark best practice” & transfer this into annual knowledge building workshops to relevant internal and external stakeholders
Define the strategy online & offline for flawless activation
-Develop the annual activation plan and ensure flawless execution
-Define campaign blueprint and digital landscape.
-Prepare brand campaigns and execute with excellence for Cross Border implementation
-Drive precision marketing and adjust media messages to specific target consumers
-Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all consumer and shopper touchpoints
-Sell-in marketing plans and campaigns to key stakeholders internally as well as to external stakeholders, including EC platforms
-Work effectively with agency partners and other third parties to ensure brand strategies are activated, including clear briefing and campaign development process
Measure performance and drive for continuous improvement at category level
-Provide local view of category and brand performance and propose corrective actions when necessary
-Learn & monitor the Chinese market dynamics, consumer & competitors evolution
-Share performance with relevant stakeholders
-Manage the category and brand P&L
Influence the category strategic roadmap
-Identify the sources of growth and propose directions for new opportunities
-Drive the integration of insights into business strategies and tactics
-Be the category consumer champion within the local CHC community
Define the Category CMI (Consumer and Market Insights) roadmap
-Implement the appropriate market research, analyse data, and prepare feasibility study of new or assigned products
-Identify knowledge gaps and propose market research and learning plans to address
-Develop new product concepts, positioning territories and other strategic work
-Monitor the allocated budget at Category level
-Share and validate CMI roadmap with Regional Category Lead
Be the advocate of a consumer centric organization within the CHC organization
-Find ways to put all CHC stakeholders in contact with consumers, shoppers and HCP’s
Network of stakeholders
Within the Zone/Global
Interfaces with global marketing teams and regional stakeholders
With Regional Activation Leads
To influence the development of the global brand strategies by providing local input and insights for the category
With External partners
Influence & align the Brand strategies with external stakeholders, including agency partners
With Cross-functional partners
To liaise with cross-functional partners in the country for execution of multi-country category initiatives.
To liaise with the Innovation team in order to ensure that the innovation needs of the assigned brands/categories in the zone are reflected and support the business development assessments for category growth in the zone.
Work closely with cross border team to drive CBEC brand plans
职位要求:
Ideal Background
Experience
-7-10 year’s work experience marketing professional w/ background in FMCG, OTC, CHC, Beauty or other consumer goods companies
-Strong experience in e-Commerce and digital marketing, especially dealing with Tmall, JD etc.
-Proven success in launching and growing brands / categories
-Understanding of P&L
-Able to read and interpret market data
