概况： 

该职位要求负责各业务部门的业务流程梳理及系统改进、整合及立项、申报、测试工作。

岗位职责： 

1. 负责系统的日常运维，包括跟进系统故障、优化、决策换版等，并负责上线前UAT测试等工作

2. 收集、评估各部门需求的合理性，与相关技术及开发人员及时沟通、讨论

3. 跟进项目、需求的开发及测试进度，并确保按时上线

4. 准备系统改进相关的用户测试

5. 负责就系统改进内容向团队成员及用户进行说明讲解

6. 学习所有的业务团队操作流程，在需要时可以作为任何一个业务操作角色

7. 上司安排的其它工作职责

岗位要求：

1. 统计、数学、金融等相关专业本科或以上学位

2. 工作经验不限，有统计、建模、数据分析经验者优先

3. 熟练使用PPT、Excel等

4. 英语流利，有团队合作精神

5. 逻辑思维能力强，具有一定的分析判断能力，善于创新

6. 为人正直，且有较好的沟通表达能力

Summary: Required to responsible for business process grooming and system improvement, integration and project creation, reporting and testing of various business units.

Job Responsibilities

1. Be in charge of the daily system maintenance, including following up the system bug, optimization, change version of the decision, etc. and relevant UAT work.

2. Collect and evaluate the reasonability of system requirement, and communicate and discuss with relevant IT and developers.

3. Follow up the development and test plan of projects/system requirements to ensure the online implementation as scheduled.

4. Prepare user tests related to system improvement.

5. Explain the system improvement content to team members and users.

6. Learn all business team operational processes and take on any business operational role as needed.

7. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor or above, major in statistics/ mathematics/ economics or relevant fields.

2. Work experience is not limited, and have experience of statistics/ modeling and data analysis.

3. Proficient in PPT, Excel, etc.

4. Fluent in English and has teamwork spirit.

5. Logical thinking, strong analysis and innovative capability.

6. Being honest and having good communication skills
