DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
? Formulate brands’ A&P activities and programmes
? Formulate FY cycle plan by brand by channel
? Creative Design: Lead in designing programmes for brand building. Work with internal or external designers to achieve desired artwork/activities.
? Agency Management: Brief and guide external agencies and suppliers to deliver results and tools for local implementation
? Inter-departmental Communication: Clear and frequent communication with local teams. Develop work in consultation with local needs
? Brand budgeting: Plan and Manage brand expenditure in the department
? Project Management: Able to take ownership of selected projects. (Example: Import beer activation, Heineken UEFA)
? Brand Activity Execution: Plan and carry out national brand programmes based on given budget. Ensure build-building standards in sales and trade marketing
? Brand Communication & Advertising: To build brand awareness through optimal media channels with media buyer. To determine optimal media mix.
? Brand Events/Experiential Programmest: Deliver memorable brand experiences via sponsorship or signature events.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
? Educational Qualifications
Bachelor degree
Good command of English Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
? Professional Experience
At least 4 years related experience in FMCG environment, preferable in the beverage industry in the MNC or agency experience.
Strong brand knowledge at supervisory level in all aspects of marketing theory and practice, knowledge of sales and channel distribution, knowledge of market dynamics
?Competencies (Personal Characteristics)
Competencies and personal traits necessary to achieve higher working standards.
Good communication and interpersonal skill, Strong in analytical and conceptual skills, Creative, Self-motivated, Good presentation skill, Team player
