Job Description

ü  Accurately complete all assigned jobs within the allocated timeframe and in line with specified formatting and layout standards

ü  Prepare meeting materials, print and bind presentation

ü  Customize and produce PowerPoint presentations and infographics representations for clients and bankers

ü  Building and editing PowerPoint presentation, Word and Excel files according to internal clients request

ü  Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence

Requirements

Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements:

ü  Bachelor or Master’s degree of a recognized university in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field preferred

ü  Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the presentation centre of an investment bank is required

ü  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro

• Excellent presentation and layout skills
• Perform as a multi-tasker and should be able to handle / work in pressurized environment
• Ability to produce work of a consistently high quality with speed and accuracy
• Superior and professional written and verbal communications skills
• Strong customer service and personal interaction skills.
