Job Title: Lean Expert

Business: Smart Manufacturing

Description:

1. As a lean expert, dedicate to support on Lean@Customer projects with deliverable of lean diagnosis / solution providing / software demand clarification / training

2. To work with customer to define project scope, project plan and project milestone

3. To lead and coach customer using lean methodology to achieve improvement

4. To work with digitalize develop team together to find better solution for the project

What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization

1. To Provide technical supporting on the targeted customer or specific projects (eg, capacity improving / re-layout / Inventory management/ MPH…)

2. To participate Lean@Customer projects, ensure OTD of lean tasks with customer satisfaction

3. Ability to deliver training of Lean knowledge with specific tools (such as: VSM/ Line design methodology/MPH/Warehouse management/Inventory Management….)

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor degree majored in Industrial

2. Job Related Experience: Preferable 8 years (min. 5 yrs) successful experience in process engineering within a factory and above 3 years experience in lean project execution and promotion, with supply chain and quality experience will be preferred.

3. Business Understanding: Specialize in manufacturing engineering & supply chain management & Equipment Automation; strong background in Lean methodology/tools

4. Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent in English & Chinese
