POSITION SUMAMRY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION:
Drive Sales, manage accounts, collect market information for business planning, team building; Drive the most efficient customer business execution thru the integration of all PUMA business functions.
- New Site and Channel Management
- New channel development;
- Ensure stores location aligned with PUMA’s target market ;
- Enhance the store image by giving guidelines and recommendations;
- Look for new business opportunities and building network of B2B business;
- Drive Business
- Design and implement the commission scheme for boosting the store sales;
- Work closely with Merchandising planning team to strength the assortment plan ;
- Work closely with account on enhancing the logistics efficiency and the inventory management, new product launch
- Formulating and implementing sales strategies to build the brand image and to meet sales target from designated accounts;
- Building the good relationship with our customers to drive the sales target of these channels and ensure to deliver the channel objective, channel plan and merchandizing plan which tie with marketing campaign, customer nature and sell through data;
- Report market intelligence to sales management team regularly;
- Sales Operations
- Guide accounts to participant in quarterly trade show, conduct sales forecast;
- Work closely with Merchandising team to advise accounts to make orders;
- Manage and execute sales plan for responsible top accounts and markets;
- Control account credit to avoid financial risk;
- Be alert to the competitors’ sales initiatives, collect market information, take action if necessary;
- Work closely with Retail Development and Retail Marketing to provide the best support to accounts and ensure the marketing campaign execution;
- Driving the brand visibility and availability of the brand in customers’ stores and to ensure a healthy sell-thru that maintains strong growth momentum in the market;
- Team Success
- Establish and foster a strong, collaborative and efficient relationship with key peers in regional sales team, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail to implement 360 degree assortment execution.
BACKGROUND AND PROFILE:
Bachelor degree in Business related majors; master degree preferred;
At least 5 years working experience in China distribution / Sales-related environment for multi-national consumer brand companies;
At least 2 years supervisory experience;
Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word);
Excellent English skill in writing and oral;
Excellent relationship manager, effective cross-functional working relationship;
Strong presentation skills (trade show, training, meeting);
Analytical Thinking / Problem Solving. Able to understand complex business issues, find creative ways to solve problems, and make sound decisions that benefit PUMA;
Strong communication skill and result driven;
Flexible and independent.
