Cordstrap China is currently searching for an enthusiastic Commercial Manager.

The successful applicant should bebased in or near Wuxi/Suzhou but the role will require extensive travel across China. The position requires you to be fluent in both Chinese and English.

The role will involve:

• To expand, manage, develop and drive the sales team and enhance their competencies in such a way that the agreed targets will be realized.
• To develop new accounts by providing products information and solutions and new ideas about local market.
• The preparation of sales reports and sales projections.
• The planning, organizing and manning of exhibitions.

The successful applicant will have:

• Experience managing and motivating staff
• A proven track record in industrial B2B sales
• A minimum of 5 years'working in sales
• The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in English as well as Chinese
• Experience in the field of industrial packaging and/or transport damage prevention that will be welcome benefit.
