Job Details:

Support SSB Application Center panel business to achieve SSB business growth

Drive Functional Excellence in the SSB Panel Manufacturing operation

H/W engineering standardization such as GB/IEC/NEMA

Talent staff development

  

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production planning of all SSB Application Center panels
• Responsible for all elements of the panel build, standard, quotation and etc
• Ensure that the design and build meet applicable codes, standards and customer specifications.
• Responsible for oversight of all manufacturing being performed by SSB
• Improve productivity of panel fabrication
• Quality and EHS control of the manufacturing
• SSB Warehouse management and inbound & outbound Control
• Provide Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly report to SSB management team

 

DO

• Drive the panel design and fabrication standardization in different industry
• Work with the Application Center to promote SSB panel business
• Plant production roll-planning for panel fabrication to match project delivery schedule
• Ensure development of engineering resources and plant resource planning.
• Ensure panel design and fabrication following SSB Quality Management System.
• Ensuring compliance of design to current national and international standards
• Coordinate with the Application Center Control Panel Hardware Design
• Reviewing Customer Specifications and ensuring compliance of design to same
• Coordination of all manufacturing team deliverables
• Work with the project manager in the planning and execution of FATs
• Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes.
• Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources.
• Ensure compliance with environmental policies, systems and processes.
• Ensure warehouse inbound & outbound control, compliance
• Talent professional and career development

• Panel on-time delivery quality and customer satisfaction
• Compliance of business process/procedures
• Project Quality DPU and performance data
• Competency development of each team member
• Work efficiency improvement of each project engineer

 

Job Related Competencies: 

• High level of hardware design, fabrication, supervisory and manufacturing expertise
• High level of expertise of Plant management
• High level of expertise of Lean Six Sigma Skill, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), and Training Skills.
• Intermediate level of expertise of Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Standard Drive, Safety, MES/Information System, IC Component, Networks.
• Intermediate level of expertise of Project Management.
• Basic understanding of sales skills.

Educational Qualifications/Work Experience:

• More than 5 Years of previous manufacturing experience in a Supervisory Level and ability to identify process improvements in similar operation.
• Should have proper knowledge and previous experience for executing similar operation.
• Lean manufacturing /continuous improvement background.
• Able to manage a diverse group of people and motivate staff to work together as one team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of financial analysis as standalone cost center
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Leadership and alignment skills.
