Assists in preparing, planning and validating on transactional accuracy for quality assurance, audit on transaction process and special projects to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, business processes, policies and procedures.

? Participate to the Risk Assessment process, Identifying risks and weaknesses.
? Development and maintenance of quality assurance standards, controls and processes - Quality checks & Reporting on sample transaction (all processes)

? Perform audits in assigned areas, such as AP, AR and GL/FA with minimal supervision, in accordance with audit programs to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, and procedures

? SOX, Internal Audit and E&Y Audit coordination and support
? Prepare written audit findings and recommendations for discussion with local management.
? Participate in opening and closing meetings and in the review of audit results with local and senior management.

? Document the work papers in a clear, concise, neat, accurate and timely way.
? Present Audits outcome in a clear and concise manner.
? Follow-Up on Management Action Plans and Audit findings remediation.

? Support improvement initiatives for shared service functions and plants - system testing which includes test strategies, automated test scripts, regression test of our various financial system.


? Participate in special projects on an on-the-need basis under the supervision of the project leader.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
? 1 to 2 Years Audit Experience ideally in a Manufacturing Environment.
? Proven experience in documenting and testing controls.
? Proven experience in identifying risks and weaknesses and developing audit procedures to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate the risks.
? Proficient in accounting methods and applicable accounting requirements under US GAAP,Local GAAP.
? Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify weaknesses, develop and present recommendations for improvement to local management.
? Is organized and delivers expected results and meets deadlines. Reports status and updates to leader/manager.
? Understands basic components of project management and is able to break down large tasks into smaller components.
? Ability to work as a contributor to Team Efforts.
? Comfortable working in multicultural/multilingual environment.
