This position is to handle day-to-day accounting related activities, review accounting ledgers and implementing internal control and finance policies to maintain accurate general ledger as well as fully handle tax related process and reports.

1. Response for all GL related entries posting, such as expense accrual /amortization/reclass/Deferred Revenue etc. 
2. Prepare Month end closing schedule and lead monthly closing activities. 
3. Work closely with operation & finance team to ensure all the expenses have been properly booked. 
4. Work as team to get GL closed by 3rd working day monthly and accounts submitted to global finance team.
5. Prepare and review Account Reconciliation preparation by 8th working day and submitted to global finance team. 
6. Prepare Monthly China GAAP/statutory reporting. Perform inter-co charges and reconciliation. 
7. Declare VAT, CIT, and BT to ensure declaration procedures are compliant with the related tax rules and company policies. 
8. Calculate other taxes properly for validation and declaration on time. 
9. Monitor company full tax compliance with state and local tax rules. 
10. Be responsible for required tax reports.
11. Participate in internal and external audits actively to provide required information timely and accurately.
12. Lead to create SOP.
13. Other ad hoc tasks.
