岗位职责：

1、善于挖掘提取产品卖点与产品的卖点，结合市场需求撰写产品文案；

2、定期对店铺宝贝进行文案更新和维护，首页与专题页面文字的表达；

3、撰写店铺整合营销活动方案，及各种营销文案，提升店铺知名度与产品销量；

4、负责天猫&天猫智慧门店&小程序店铺活动方案的策划，熟知站内、站外各个平台的文案规则。

专业素质要求：

1、具有电商活动策划相关工作经验者优先；

2、具备扎实的文字功底、优秀的文案润色撰写能力，灵活的思维，

较强的组织、策划能力；

3、沟通理解能力较强，对方案能够很好的阐述，具有很强的团队意识；

4、了解大淑女装消费者心理需求，较强的逻辑思维，学习能力强，有一定的市场洞察意识
