Overall Objective of the Job：
The Asia Pacific Infrastructure Service Manager represents infrastructure services to Biomerieux’s Asia Pacific business. The role works closely with regional business partners to align and enable business strategies and to ensure the needs of the region are communicated and met. The position also interacts closely with global Infrastructure technology leads to ensure alignment to standards and strategy. This role reports to the VP of Global Infrastructure and is a member of the IS Infrastructure leadership team.

Main Accountabilities：
？Drive Initiatives, synergies & cost-out in the region
？Drive Simplification of Infrastructure Services
？Leverage best practices to build IS maturity
？Drive operational excellence across End User Computing Services, Computing and Network Operations
？Represent and communicate the regional business infrastructure requirements back to IS
？Work with local facilities & finance teams regarding budget and IS service consumption
？Manage the relationships and governance process around IS services for local and global infrastructure vendors
？Provide technical guidance, leadership, and management oversight across the region
？Provides consultation to business on technology related decisions and strategy
？Manage resource planning, allocation and deployment process

Experience：
？BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems, preferred or equivalent work experience.
？Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience working at a senior manager level within IT
？Demonstrated focus on meeting business partner expectations and a customer service mindset
？Strong analytical, planning, project management, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
？Demonstrated experience on large complex transformational programs
？Experience developing budgets and controlling costs
？Experience in working internationally across different cultures
？Must be a dynamic leader who excels at maximizing employee productivity, heightening team efficiency, and creating strong relationships
？Fluent English in both written and oral
