RESPONSIBILITIES:

To coordinate and track all POSM application from 4 Regional Trade Marketing teams and all brand marketing teams. To support Trade Marketing channel team on BTL promotion POSM arrangement and tracking, i.e. CNY/MAF promotion, GWP redemption of MOT activation

To assist TM department head on FOC SKU forecasting on monthly basis. To coordinate all FOC application and delivery, at the same time, to ensure all the supporting document is completed, compliance and well documented.

To work with warehouse 3rd party agency and conduct quarterly analysis and annual review on both FOC and POSM. To assist TM department head on action follow-up after annual review.

To assist on TM team administrative work, including TM PO/PR process, Sales & Marketing meeting coordination, team meeting arrangement and etc.

To provide ad hoc support to various TM teams when needed, i.e. eWorkflow design project for FOC, POSM and Merchandising.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

A Grade University graduate in Business/Marketing or related disciplines.

Languages:

English and Chinese. English BAND 4 level with good English writing.

Professional experience & know how:

2 to 3 years' commercial background in top 500 multinational companies or in the Advertising industry.

Good understanding of marketing.

Good understanding of POS opportunities, maximizing shelf space and visibility opportunities.

Good understanding of merchandising format & materials.

Cost assessment: Opportunities vs. Costs.

Technical & management skills:

Good planning skills.

Good communication skills.

Well organized.

Good “eyes”.

Good computer skill for PPT / Excel .

Personal & interpersonal skills:

Commercial awareness.

Ability to influence and convince.

Well self-disciplined.
