Job Purpose：

Business intelligence and deep analysis to support Franchisee channel development. 

Providing analytical support to maximize retail partner stores performance.

Scope：

- Deep dive research on retail KPIs and product performance.

- Develop and maintain ad-hoc sales analysis reports with different dimensions.

- Ongoing output and sales recommendations.

- Work closely with internal functions including FR AM, Retail Ops, Merchant planning, Marketing, etc.

Key Responsibilities：

- Manage and maintain regular sales analysis on retail KPIs of Franchisee stores (sell through, UPT, ATV, AUSP, MD) 

- Analyze on product sales structures with different dimensions (season/category/gender/story) 

- Keep tracking on product sell through rate

- Provide distribution/promotion recommendations according to the sales dynamics

- Analyze on partner inventory variation, prepare stock warning report

- Reporting improvement and business intelligence 

- Provide various data support to Franchisee sales team on trade negotiation and regular communication

Job Requirements：

- At least 3 years of owned retail or Franchised retail operation and analysis experience.

- Bachelor degree is required.  Business management major is a plus 

- Good English & Mandarin speaking & writing skill

- Strong Microsoft office software operation skills i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Access & etc.

- Great knowledge on retail math 

- Franchisee business exposure & understanding is a plus 

- Has rich cross functional working experiences

- Good logic and strategic thinking ability

- Exceptional analytical skills & problem-solving skills

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills

- Good communication skills and willingness to help franchisee customers

- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible

- Work independently with strong discipline

- Positive thinker with open-minded attitude 

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
