POSITION SUMMARY

Purpose

This position will be responsible for the customer station tanks document management.

Nature and Scope

The incumbent is for customer station service cover LB, MB, PG in ECN Supply Chain Execution Team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Tanks document management including deliver warehouse, put in warehouse and count monthly.

储罐文件管理，包括发货仓库、入库和每月盘点。
2. Register licenses changes daily.

注册许可证更改。
3. Register relief valves and pressure gauges serial number daily.      

记录安全阀和压力表的序列号。
4. Send licenses and reports to customers daily.

向客户发送许可证和报告。

5. Create and close work orders monthly.

每月创建和关闭工作订单。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Bachelor in science and engineering.

本科学历，理工科专业优先。
2.More than 1 years working experience.

1年工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
3.Be able to withstand the pressure of daily work and challenge positively.

能够承受日常工作的压力并积极地面对挑战。
4.Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

熟悉办公软件操作。
5.Self-motivated and can work on higher productivities without close monitor.

自我激励，能够在没有密切监控的情况下提高生产力。
6.Good team player and have high sense of responsibility.
