WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO ?岗位职责：

• 负责小红书平台的运营工作，包括网店整体规划、装修、营销、推广、客户关系管理等系统经营性工作
• 负责小红书的日常内容的编辑、发布、维护、管理、粉丝互动、话题制造等工作，提高影响力和关注度
• 熟悉微博、小红书、抖音、instagram等社交平台，策划及撰写线上活动文案，发展新客户,与粉丝做好互动交流，提高转化率
• 负责寻找达人合作，维护达人关系，对粉丝的网络行为进行分析与总结，挖掘和分析网友使用习惯、喜好及体验感受，形成反馈报告，总结经验，调整优化
• 负责平台活动报名，包括团购、类目活动等，争取活动资源

WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT 任职资格：

• 学习能力强，有1年以上电商运营工作经营，或无经验但愿意主动学习也可以接受
• 国内外时尚美妆及流行文化了如指掌，同时有自己独到的见解和大胆的想法,了解90、95后追星喜好，善于把握粉丝心理
• 良好的沟通能力和社交能力，性格开朗，创新意识高，思维敏捷，文字功底扎实，语言表达能力较强
• 积极主动，有强烈责任感及团队精神强
• 认同公司文化，愿与公司一同发展

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
