职责说明（Job Description）:

• Manage the supplier through appropriate performance appraisal and routine review.
• Support to develop new alternative suppliers working with internal team.
• Manage and follow up business requests from PI, Design, Construction, Franchise team and achieve the deliverables satisfactorily and timely.
• In charge of all sourcing-related documentation and process. i.e. contract, specification, order, comparison analysis and request form.

*核心要求（Key Requirement）：

• More than 1 years’ experience on sourcing of relevant industries (F&B or retail) and has the basic knowledge of supply market.
• Willing to do attitude and strong implementation capability.
• Good communication skill.
