服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Scanning, registration and indexing of documents in TRIMS/Trade systems and platforms. Sorting of documents and filing up the ICS forms pre scanning is included Government relationship maintenance. Involve and assist manager to maintain government relationship. 在Trims/Trade系统和平台中扫描、注册和索引文件。整理文件和归档集成电路表格预扫描包括政府关系维护。参与并协助经理维护政府关系。

Filing and retrieval of Trade related documents. 贸易相关文件的归档和检索。

Take care of the Trade mailing room, receiving of mails and parcels and sorting out the parcels and deliver to the correct department. 负责贸易邮件室，接收邮件和包裹，整理包裹并交给正确的部门。

Faxing activities. 资料传真

Prepare documents for mailing or dispatch via courier. 准备通过快递邮寄或发送的文件。

Support Assistance Service for LC Advisory Team LC Advisory Team ?为信用证咨询团队提供支持协助服务信用证咨询团队

Provide assistance service to support LC Advisory Team in printing, scanning, document handling, filling and other related services ?提供协助服务，支持信用证咨询团队的打印、扫描、文件处理、填写和其他相关服务。

Perform reconcilement after printing of documents or advices against log book or system. 根据日志或系统打印文件或建议后进行核对。

Write address on envelops based on customers’ mailing address provided by the bank. 根据银行提供的客户邮寄地址在信封上写上地址。

Sorting and filing of Trade related records. 贸易相关记录的整理和归档。

Call customer or EMS on Trade related transaction. ?就贸易相关交易致电客户或EMS。

Prepare documents for dispatch – enveloping service. ?准备发送文件-包裹服务。

Find SWIFT or TELEX address from global SWIFT search directory. 从全球Swift搜索目录中查找Swift或电传地址。

服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:

Bachelor degree or above

1-2 years relevant government, high education field working experiences preferred

Basic Financial (e.g. Banking) IT knowledge or related working experience preferred

Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Good communication and interpersonal skill 

Good command of both English and Chinese 

Self-motivated and hard working
