岗位职责：

1、负责线上店铺的日常工作，及店铺品牌形象控制和品牌风格实现； 

2、负责店铺首页改版及商品详情页模板进行调整优化。（活动海报、商品排版、入口素材、广告素材、主题专辑）

3、负责视觉素材的选用、优化和更新；

4、负责模特拍摄效果与平铺把控与优化。

5、及时观察天猫页面相关数据，对页面进行有利调整。电商相关图片整理及存档。

专业素质要求：

1、 两年以上平面设计工作经验，女装天猫设计经验优先考虑；

2、 有较强的网页设计能力,创意独特、思路新颖，对图形设计有自己的不同见解；

3、 能独立完成详情页、广告图、装修制作，会一些简单的代码；

4、 具备出色的理解力、沟通能力及承压能力，有团队协作精神。
