岗位职责：

1、旺旺在线交流工具撩提供售前、售后服务，促进成交提高转化率。

2、定期优化各类话术解决客户问题，提高用户服务体验，据客户的要求，及时跟进制单发货的后续工作，确保客户要求得到落实

3、维护客户关系，开发潜在顾客群体，对现有顾客的资料进项整理与归纳，对优质老客户进行定期回访，新品推荐

4、及时记录顾客反馈的问题，针对性地与相关部门协同处理，整理工作成果

5、协助进行产品图片图文编辑和管理

专业素质要求：

1、有较强的维护协调客户的能力，熟悉客户服务流程。具备较强的服务意识

2、性格温和，有较强的服务意识和抗压能力，有良好的沟通能力和高效处理问题的能力善于沟通

3、工作严谨，计划性强，有责任心，思路清晰。

4、乐于接受工作中的各种挑战，拥有较高的团队合作意识，服从领导工作安排

5、熟练使用常规办公软件和基本电脑操
