薪资：税前7000-8000，8%住房补贴，提供午餐

职责：

1. As the financial requirement and staff movement update monthly & yearly HR budget timely to make sure the expense be under control

2. Work on monthly payroll timely: check and manage employee attendance system, communicate with payroll service agency, check and confirm the assurance of payroll and cost center report and delivery to bank

Update HR report, include but not limit headcount report, FB report, wage report, product working hours report, injury report etc.

3. Conduct market C&B survey and make annual salary benchmarking and proposal

4. Responsible for conduct performance review with each department, make summary of result and proposal

5. Responsible for employee relationship management

6. Ensure all employee’s mandatory benefit be paid timely; Handle other related issues, e. g. resident permission, Hu Kou permission

要求：

1.University degree or above;

2.Familiar with local labor law and relevant regulations;

3.Familiar with HRM system

4.2-3 years of HR experience in C&B;

5.Good communication, coordination/facilitation skills;

6.Good command of English, both written and oral, also PC skill

7.Be sensitive to number
