Overview:

Test Engineering within the Supply Chain Technical Operations Organization. Support test solutions, test software and electrical test interfaces for Zebra products going through manufacturing test and be a primary technical advisor to the supplier resources as needed.

Responsibilities:

• On-site support of test systems for Zebra product manufacturing.
• Support product testing during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase as well as sustaining support for manufacturing facilities.
• Test software sustaining / development & test circuit design for manufacturing test systems that perform calibration & functional testing of electronic devices.
• Use Measurement System Analysis (MSA) tools to validate the designed test system (Cpk, GR&R).
• Support and facilitate implementation of test systems for manufacturing in conjunction with US based Test and Design Engineering Teams.
• Engage in engineering design reviews and provide Design-For-Test (DFT) product analysis.
• Exemplifying strong leadership on quality goals and the delivery of lean solutions, low cost test systems, and cycle time improvements in an ethical and responsible way.
• Travel to and from manufacturing factory in Guangzhou region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Computer/Software
• Experience in the electrical & software development, deployment and support of manufacturing test systems.
• 3+ years experience in subject matter.
• Chinese and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical analysis and problem-solving capability associated with the manufacturing or functionality of electronic systems.
• Experience with test system instrumentation.
• Can demonstrate knowledge in one or more programming languages, C++, C#, Java, Test Stand/LabVIEW
• RF test experience is an added advantage but not a must have.
