Role purpose:

? Support CU Customer Marketing Manager to perform the daily marketing operation based on CU Crop and channel campaign planning and 1-Y CU marketing budget.

? Deliver the excellence in customer offer design and campaign execution.

? Monitor the progress of channel policy & initiative planning and implementation.

Accountabilities:

Business accountabilities

? To provide effective project management and support to ensure CU achieve one year budget

? Follow up the execution of CU marketing campaigns (crop/channel/grower) and monitor the budget management, includes planning, budget allocation, execution, monitoring and review

? Follow CU channel and grower segmentation process.

? Implement marketing communications strategy (e.g., media mix, budget allocation across services, etc.) in CU.

? Monitor the progress of channel strategy implementation.

? Aera business interaction

? Monthly Competition review and market intelligence collection

? Related report and data analyse

? POP management and deliverable

? Support the integration of the CP and Seeds marketing teams
