职位描述
Role purpose
? To manage orders & ensure customer requirements are met
? To lead initiatives to improve operational processes & performance through Syngenta & external industry best practices, the focus is to enhance internal customer satisfaction & improve transactional efficiency
Accountabilities
? To act as a coordinator between CU sales team and supply team, and fulfill their inquiries
? To process orders from external customers and distribution agencies
? To effectively & efficiently monitor order status, follow up on customer requests and communicate requirements with agencies and customers
? To ensure all transactions are carried out in compliance with internal/external policies and standards (Accounting, SOX, Distribution Safety compliances).
? To utilize SAP capability to improve order management processes
? To identify and implement improvement opportunities in SAP functionalities for order processing
? To identify and implement improvement opportunities in work simplification and process efficiency.
Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
? Possess good working knowledge of CS, especial on order procedure
? Knowledge of SAP
Critical experience
? At least 2 years work experience in customer service
? Experience in handling orders and customer complaints
Critical technical, professional and personal
capabilities
? Ability to work in dynamic environment
? Possess problem solving skills and with ability to exercise good judgment within the scope of work
? Good team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
? Someone who is IT savvy, meticulous and well-organized, proactive and customer oriented with good follow up skills
? Ability to communicate with people from all levels of the organization and external parties
? Strong prioritization skills
? Good aptitude for SAP usage
? Demonstrated ability to identify and initiative to implement process improvements
