职位描述
Role Purpose:
?Support portfolio manager to develop & drive the region Crop Strategy, ensure execution of the product strategy and tactics to meet the business and financial objectives
?Determine target markets and priorities for the Crop, and drive this in the broader organisation (via relevant platforms / forums)
?Contribute to provide commercial direction to other functions at CU level, especially Customer Marketing and Sales
?Contribute to the development of the Territory portfolio strategy, lead to develop product portfolio for sub-segments of the assigned crops
?Lead crop unit (market dynamic & key segments to focus) and product advancement meeting & other relevant marketing platforms / forums at CU level
?Lead 36-48 months demand planning inputs at CU level
?Scouting products from 3rd-party as requested & work with portfolio manager to develop the business case for in-license of 3rd-party products in accordance with the territory crop strategy
Requirements:
?Graduate qualification in agriculture, marketing or a related discipline.
?Experience in Sales roles in agribusiness or previous marketing roles
?Strong agronomy and business background
?Technical (field trials etc.) or Branding experience
?Have deep and broad crop and product knowledge
?Understanding of MaSE principles and how to apply them
?Knowledge of the principles of Product Management
