PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABLITIES 

• Be responsible to apply and renew the license of tanks in depot.

负责储罐证件审批及验收。

 

• Be responsible to coordinate, apply and renew the license of customer installations.

申请及更新客户的压力容器使用证。

 

• Be responsible to keep license documentation of tanks, depot storage in an order manner.

有序管理储罐资料及储罐库存.

 

• Review the customer information and send the tank documents to contractors per the weekly plan of new installation Issued by engineers

按照工程师每周发出的安装表更新进度表，确认好客户信息，储罐资料等分派给承包商。

 

• List the customer tanks for inspection in advance one month ahead, and contact with customer about the tank inspection issues.

定期筛选下月到期全面检验的客户储罐，联系客户，对申报资料盖章。

 

• Contact local Special Equipment Institute or Provincial Special Equipment Institute and send the tank documents to them for tank inspection. Transact the permits of tank removal, certification cancellation, tank stopping usage.

联系省市特检院申报检验。确认好检验时间，对到期客户存在商务问题的安排注销、停用等。

 

• Record and list the tank document into system. List the pressure gauges and pressure valves and arrange to send them for inspection.

录入和清点储罐资料；定期清点压力表和安全阀，安排送交校险。

 

• Provide and introduce the policies and code/standard to customers per the customer request.

跟进客户的需求，提供和讲解我司的储罐资料、使用证、技术文件、压力容器法规等资料。

 

• Statistics and summary from CE contractor’s cost data, like as workload/ distance.

• Input CE team’s manhour into SAP system.

• Relevant paperwork from team

 

 QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE

• College degree or above in chemical engineering.

化工大专以上学历.

 

• At least 2 years working experience on office work.

至少2年以上工作办公室工作经验.

 

• Have passion to face challenge and daily works.

• Would like to set higher standard for himself or herself.

• Self-motivated and can work on higher productivities without close monitor.
