JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  

 

  

• Ability to define and rollout demand forecast collaboration process;
• Responsible for creating 18 months statistics forecast;
• Optimize statistic forecast, analyze historic data, forecasting models, as well as trend/seasonality and events;
• Act as supply chain representative to interact with marketing – NPI program, product phase-in/phase-out, promotion events, portfolio;
• Maintain product master data, ABC classification, product lifecycle;
• Lead monthly demand review meeting with sales, marketing and supply team, make collaborative demand planning;
• Follow up the sales estimation of key projects and reflect demand;
• Possess the qualities of forecast accuracy, analyze the variance deep driving factors, and promote continuous improvement of forecast accuracy;
• Realize the balance of supply & demand during the cost optimization whiling meeting customer needs;
• Monitor plan execution, be responsible for coordination of abnormal conditions, and promote problem solution。

  

 

    

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

  

(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

  

 

  

• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, demand planning or related experience. Prior supply chain role a must;
• Bachelor’s degree or above with Business administration, Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience in distribution or operations management;
• Strong process minded, data sensitive, with clear mindset on the big picture while enough attention to details, Strong willingness to study in diversified functions, Analytical with attention to well organized and initiatives;
• Knowledge of SAP, JDA, and BI experience is preferred;
• Advanced level / skill in Microsoft Excel database, PowerPoint;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese;
• Excellent in inter-personal skills, communication, analytical, and problem solving.
