Key Accountabilities

–   Optimize customer service levels and inventory cost in Asia by setting and controlling inventory safety stock levels and replenishment policies at PF Singapore warehouse

–   Set targets and drive inventory reduction for blocked, slow moving and obsolete inventory/materials

–   Drive timely replenishment of inventory/materials from internal/external suppliers

–   Drive timely delivery of drop-shipment orders to customers

–   Manage external suppliers and work towards win-win relationships

–   Communicate timely with management and provide solutions to supply challenges and problems

–   Drive effective corrective actions to resolve stakeholder complaints

–   Drive supply chain projects to improve systems, supply chain network, customer service or costs

–   Manage the claim process for between customers, suppliers and Eastman

Education and training

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or relevant fields

Skills and experience

• Strong spoken & written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work across cultures and functions
• Analytical, process oriented
• planning experience， Experience in SAP a plus
