• Review supporting documents of travel related expenses.

• Collect and check  tax invoices of office  expenses.

• Collect, review and record Accounting documentations of Office Administration.

• Checking the request of suppliers’ AP requests.

• Performing monthly financial fillings.

• Issuance of VAT invoices to customers.

• Collect, review and operate deduction of VAT input.

• Assist to complete monthly closing and accurately.

• Assist with external and internal yearly-audit.

• Assistance in other Accounting activities assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications ：

• Bachelor Degree in accounting or related major.

• 0-2 years in AP accounting experience is preferred.

• Good excel and  communication skill.

• Attention to details and can follow instructions carefully, well-organized at work.

• Result-oriented and a team player.
