职位描述
1.日常装修、绿化、清洁、保安监管；
2.负责接听服务热线电话，详细记录各客户的来电、来函、投诉等；
3.及时响应客户的服务需求，组织资源协调解决客户的问题，并给予反馈，***限度地建立与客户之间的良好关系，提升客户满意度；
4.负责部门的文件材料拟写、报批、发放、流程的审批流程，文书的传递、催办、归档和所有档案资料的管理工作；
5.完成直属上级交办的其他工作任务；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，物业管理相关专业优先考虑；
2.具有良好的沟通协调能力及客户服务专业知识，熟练掌握客服专业领域的操作技能；
3.一年以上综合性物业或同等级物业管理工作经验；
