JOB SUMMARY
THE
SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSE
IS TAKING IN CHARGE OF CONTENT
DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION TO THE COMPLEX
SOCIAL MEDIA WORK CROSS BRAND
OWNED SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT AND EARNED SOCIAL MEDIA EXPOSURE. THIS
ROLE ENSURES EFFICIENT WORK AND EFFECTIVE RESULT, AS WELL AS SYNERGIZE THE
SOCIAL MEDIA - DRIVEN PROJECTS WITH PR, MEDIA, VIP & SEARCH FUNCTIONS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. OWNED
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
·TAKE
RESPONSIBILITY OF BRAND OWNED SOCIAL PLATFORM’S CONTENT PLAN & TECHNICAL
OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT WITH FOCUS ON ACQUISITION AND RETENTION THROUGH
ENGAGEMENT, CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE CORPORATE AND PRODUCT COMMUNICATION;
RESPONSIBILITY OF BRAND OWNED SOCIAL PLATFORM’S CONTENT PLAN & TECHNICAL
OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT WITH FOCUS ON ACQUISITION AND RETENTION THROUGH
ENGAGEMENT, CONSISTENT AND EFFECTIVE CORPORATE AND PRODUCT COMMUNICATION;
·RESPECT
THE LUXURY IMAGE OF THE BRAND, ADAPT THE GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR WITH
LOCAL MARKET’S AGENDA, AND IDENTIFY THE CREATIVE NEEDS FOR INTERACTIVE CONTENT
DEVELOPMENT;
THE LUXURY IMAGE OF THE BRAND, ADAPT THE GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA CALENDAR WITH
LOCAL MARKET’S AGENDA, AND IDENTIFY THE CREATIVE NEEDS FOR INTERACTIVE CONTENT
DEVELOPMENT;
·MANAGE
THE CONTENT & DESIGN VALIDATION WITH HQ ON TIME FOR ALL DESIGNATED SOCIAL
MEDIA PLATFORMS AND ENSURE THE CONSISTENCY OF MESSAGES ACROSS MULTIPLE
NETWORKS;
THE CONTENT & DESIGN VALIDATION WITH HQ ON TIME FOR ALL DESIGNATED SOCIAL
MEDIA PLATFORMS AND ENSURE THE CONSISTENCY OF MESSAGES ACROSS MULTIPLE
NETWORKS;
·MAINTAIN
DAILY ACTIVITIES TO MONITOR THE FOLLOWER-IMITATED CONVERSATIONS AND INQUIRIES;
COORDINATE WITH RELATIVE FUNCTIONS WITH APPROPRIATE REACTION;
DAILY ACTIVITIES TO MONITOR THE FOLLOWER-IMITATED CONVERSATIONS AND INQUIRIES;

2. EARNED SOCIAL MEDIA DEVELOPMENT:
·DEVELOP THE EARNED SOCAL MEDIA ACTION
PLAN ON
THE MAJOR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, FOR BRAND PRESENCE AND PRODUCT VISIBILITY;
PLAN ON
THE MAJOR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, FOR BRAND PRESENCE AND PRODUCT VISIBILITY;
·WORKING WITH VIP FUNCTIONS FOR REGULAR
SOCIAL EXPOSURE OF VIP DRESSING AND PRODUCT PLACEMENT PRACTICE;
SOCIAL EXPOSURE OF VIP DRESSING AND PRODUCT PLACEMENT PRACTICE;
·DEVELOP THE CHINA KOL PORTFOLIO AND SEEK
OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL EXPOSURE;

3. SOCIAL SYNERGY COORDINATION:
·LEAD
SOCIAL-DRIVEN PROJECTS, SYNERGIZING THE RESOURCES OF PRODUCT PR, MEDIA SEARCH
AND VIP FUNCTIONS;

·DELIVER
REGULAR SOCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND CONSUMER’S SOCIAL BEHAVIOR ANALYTICS FOR
HQ AND LOCAL MARKET’S REVIEW.

EDUCATION & KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
·BACHELOR
DEGREE AND ABOVE, MAJOR IN COMMUNICATION, MARKETING, ADVERTISING IS PREFERRED;
DEGREE AND ABOVE, MAJOR IN COMMUNICATION, MARKETING, ADVERTISING IS PREFERRED;
·3+
YEARS’ SOLID WORK EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA PR;
YEARS’ SOLID WORK EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL AND/OR SOCIAL MEDIA PR;
·RESULT
ORIENTED AND DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK AUTONOMOUSLY AND MANAGE A WIDE
