Accountabilities–KeyResultAreas

• ParticipateinallstagesofSDLCincludingsystemanalysisanddesign,coding,testing,implementation,datamigrationandcutover.
• Evaluateinformationgatheredfrommultiplesources,reconcilesconflicts,andtranslateuserrequirementsintotechnicalrequirements.
• Identifytheboundariesofabusinessprocessandunderstandtheflowandusesofinformation.
• Performgapanalysistodeterminesystemconfigurationanddevelopmentchanges.
• Identifyoptionsforpotentialsolutionsandassessingthemforbothtechnicalandbusinesssuitability.
• Developusecasesthatwillguidethedesign,development,andsupportofautomatingtheprocesswithworkflowtechnology.
• Workingcloselywithcolleagues,developers,testersandavarietyofenduserstoensuretechnicalcompatibilityandusersatisfaction.
• Provideon-goingapplicationsystemsupportandmaintenance

Qualification:

Experience/QualificationRequirements

• Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,BusinessInformationSystemsorrelevantexperienceandaccomplishments.
• Aminimumof5yearsofhands-onexperienceinsoftwaredevelopment.
• Advancedknowledgeofsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle.
• Knowledgeofdatamodellingandsystemdesigntools
• Strongproblem-solvingcapacity
• Abilitytoworkunderpressureandtotightdeadlines
• Goodcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytocommunicateappropriatelywithtechnicalteams.
• GoodcommandinspokenandwrittenEnglishandChineseincludingPutonghua.
