职位描述
岗位职责：
- 负责对客户的退货产品的质量检验，验收入库，贮存保管并依规定进行处理；
- 规范退货仓人员操作，对所退不良物料的收、存、退货管理；
- 根据退货相关流程标准，监控商品差异及质量原因，管理退货商品的仓位上架及库内护理；
- 负责定期汇总、分析和上报退货情况，反馈批量性退货问题，反推正向出库流程改善；
- 对内卖、报废、调拨等出库方式做好运输或交接，并做好退货出入库台账。
任职资格：
- 专科及以上学历，物流管理、工业工程等相关专业；
- 1年以上同岗位工作经验；
- 熟悉物流仓储业务流程，熟练使用仓储物流操作系统；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力及执行力；
- 具有电子商务、贸易行业工作经验优先。
