职位描述

GENERALSUMMARY:

The Senior Administratorsupports the Admin Manager to oversee the office operation proceduresand supervises the day-to-day office administration. Perform a wide range of administrative andgeneral support duties in GAP InternationalSourcing Shanghai Office

ESSENTIALDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Implement andoptimize office general administration and operation procedures;

· Evaluate officevendor services, develops vendor relationships, negotiate local contracts, andmonitor leasing agreements;

· Oversee maintenanceof physical facilities including office equipment and furnishings, housekeepingand operational systems;

· Implement theoffice Health & Safety procedures to assure compliance with safety andsecurity regulations, evacuation and disaster precautions

· Support incompany wise events, activities and projects, like team building, officeremodeling, relocation, etc.

· Plan, organize,standardize and improve office sample & file management, including in-houseand offsite solutions

· Department’s finance support, including but not limited tobudget/forecast/accuracy….

· Manage department’s payment, such as register invoice and submit CPP

· Developeffective working relationships with internal and external partners.

· Cooperate withother team members for new project

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: : Shared Services Shanghai, China Retail and HongKong teams, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Social Responsibility

External: Office administration related vendors, property managementoffice

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:

· Excellent organizational and planning skills andability to multi-task. Good time management for emergencies and priorities;

· Attention to detail and follow-up with strongexecution skills;

· Good interpersonal and professional skills withability to work with external 3rd parties;

· Must be a strong self-starter, devoted attitude& willing to take up extra workload within peak periods. Able to work underpressure with tight deadlines;

· Outgoing, sensitive and with excellent coordinated skill

· Excellent problem analysis & solving skills;

· Fluent English in both oral and written;

· Skilled use Microsoft Office.

2. Minimum educational level:

· University degree major in Administrative or Accountingis preferred

3. Minimum experience:

8 years of relevant experience in MNC and basicsupervisory experience preferred.

Relocation experience is a plus.
