Role Responsibilities

• Own the major responsibility to deliver Omni-channel digital platform and oversee the platform architecture, solution, development and integration promoting best digital practices across multiple online/offline channels.

• Evaluate and identify n-level design to integrate business systems and workflows in support of business digital strategy and define and document the "as is" and "to be" integration architecture such as conceptual architecture, logical architecture, integration architecture, process flows, etc. and perform design responsibilities for each integration scenario to gain the best performance, reusability and maintainability.

• Work with cross IT teams to define standards, patterns and best practices promoting digital architecture strategy with across different architecture disciplines such as platform, data, business and infrastructure.

• Enable digital and data driven thinking across the brands for seamless consumer experience and provide digital thought leadership and guidance to non-digital functions and systems.

• Play a critical role collaborating with business around the organization in moving the digital strategy forward in China in promoting, embedding and driving all digital projects ensuring alignment with each other and digital strategy

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years knowledge and experience of building high performing, resilient and scalable web, mobile and Omni-channel solutions in architecting across all solution n-layers – UI, digital engagement, O2O backend platform and data in design patterns, integration and digital architecture.

• 3+ years of experience in SQL and non-SQL based data platforms such as Mongodb、Redis, Hadoop, Spark, kafka storm etc. and experience in open source frameworks such as Spring etc.

• Be familiar with Linux (include but not limit to system architecture, process communication protocol and kernel), SW development, Scrum/Agile development, Test automation, C-programming, SW build environments, Continuous integration framework, JIRA, SW testing.

• Expert in current software design practices including API driven development, mobile development, cloud ready applications, micro services architecture.

• Proven and recognized technical expert in multiple areas: commercial application, high volume transaction/event processing systems, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Application development with traditional, mobile, and Web technologies.

• Experienced in Docker/micro services/Web Services, EAI, Cloud Computing, PaaS, and IaaS.

• Proficiency in implementing reliable, complex, secure, high performance and scalable solutions.

• Hands on experience with development tools, languages (go, Java and Python) and ability of proof of concept.

• Proven capability of technical leader and development team management to promote and foster continuous IT improvement and Innovation, with strong ability to mentor others.

• Broad knowledge of new technology trends and innovative thinking.

• Demonstrated proactive nature, and independently responsible. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Ability to interact effectively with internal business teams, at different levels of the organization.

• Ability to successfully function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent written/Oral English ability in English.
