工作职责:

Phase I: Plan & Preparation

？ Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify HRIS system improvement opportunities from start to end include but not limited to understand business needs, internal clients’ requirements, processes, pain points, challenges etc.

？ Act as one of the service partners with internal clients and external vendors to find innovative solutions.

？ Lead HRIS projects from planning, designing, implementing, delivering till daily operations and maintenance further.

？ Design and implement relevant processes, policies, reports for data securities and audit.

Phase II: Implementation & Migration

？ Work closely with HRIS Implementation team to deploy HR system and support ongoing operational activities.

？ Assist on data migration and system testing with IT / external vendor.

？ Provide training plans and relative documents for system administrators, super users and end users.

Phase III: Daily Operations & Maintenance

？ Responsible for the internal control of HRIS data protection, data securities, relevant reports through effective measures.

？ Deliver necessary trainings and solutions to support all users on HRIS system.

？ Ensure HR system running smoothly and improve HRIS continually.

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources Management or other relevant discipline.

？ With solid HRIS project management skills, drive projects and initiatives proactively while translating business needs into technical requirements.

？ Strong analytical ability to understand system functionality as well as downstream impacts on interfaces.

？ Good communication skills to all levels in organization.

？ Experience with payroll and integration processes is a plus.
