Responsibilities
1. Responsible for manufacturing operational management cover design, production, quality control, supply chain etc.
2. Enhance the productivity and safety of the operation
3. Ensure that planning is made to optimize production and deliveries and daily production plans are followed
4. Make production strategies and procedures according to headquarter policy to ensure internal management and international standards
5. Cross functional management and problem solved
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations and relevant experience with minimum 5 years of experience in managing operations in China
3. Proven track records in building teams and driving continuous improvement of quality, cycle, service level and cost control
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with ability to develop and motivate the team
5. Could use English as working language
