Job description / Mission

1. Scan the input VAT invoices deriving from purchase in VAT system, and archive all input VAT invoices for any tax inspection in random.

2. Reconcile tax sub-ledger with GL ledger monthly.

3. Create Vendor in ERP system

4. Financial Documents Filing

5. Other tasks assigned by superior

Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.

2. At least 2 years financial working experience

3. Well informed in current financial subjects and policies, accounting, tax laws, and bank settlement service

4. Careful and accountable, willing to take over responsibility, work independently, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

5. Be familiar with Golden Tax system and skillful in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Knowledge / Educational requirements 1.Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 2.Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel

Personality requirements High responsibility Detail-oriented

Great potential to learn and grow will be a plus
