Report to: Sr. Finance Manager, FP&A China

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

As part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for China market which helps assist achieve P&L financial goals through business partnering with Brand Finance teams & Cross-functional Business stakeholders, planning, forecasting and reporting.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Provide financial and business insights through robust P&L analysis across all the lines from Topline to Bottomline, generating value-added management reports, identifying and monitoring performance metrics that deliver top tier business results

• Support the monthly, yearly and long range P&L business planning cycle for China

• Submit monthly Financial forecast to Region for China business

• Perform China Financial Consolidation and understand variance analysis of the business results in co-ordination with Brand Finance teams.

• Perform trend and Gross Margin variance (Vol, Price, COGS & Mix) analysis

• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Lead Zero Based Budgeting process for Admin spends.

• Communicate monthly performance RNS and EBIT updates on Actuals with business insights to the China Leadership team

• Drive continuous improvement of business and financial processes, including standardization of current reporting activities

• Support monthly Financial review with Leadership team and preparation of Monthly Business review slides

工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical individual who is able to go beyond traditional FP&A duties and understand the business holistically, identifying key drivers and implementing solutions for business partners.

• 4-6 years of related work experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, preferably in a global / multi-national organization

• Candidate must possess Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skill in English, both verbal and written, is a must

• Experience in independently driving monthly closing, forecasting and budgeting cycles

• Ability to make effective and powerful Power point presentations

• Able to lead projects and drive results independently

• Highly competent in Excel and Power point

• Hunger to learn and challenge the status quo

• Prior experience in SAP, BW, Tableau reporting tool will be added advantage

教育程度: Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent

• CPA or related Accountancy qualification is an advantage but not required
