WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO:

• Assist on the on-boarding and termination related work
• 协助员工入职跟离职手续办理
• Assist to deal with personnel related tasks, e.g. employee attendance, employee personnel files,personnel data checking, etc
• 协助处理人事相关工作，如员工档案整理、人员数据核对等
• Assist the preparation of Orientation materials and all kinds of training
• 协助整理入职培训资料以及各种培训前的准备工作
• Assist the photo/video shooting of all trainings & activities
• 协助各种培训，活动的拍摄工作
• Assist the promotion of company culture
• 协助公司企业文化宣传
• Assist the office team with the routine work, organizing & coordinating activities and publish the graphic message etc
• 协助办公室团队完成日常工作以及活动的组织与协调，图文消息的发布
• Assist with all assigned HR related work, e.g. office admin, translation and so on
• 协助所有交待的人力资源部相关的工作，例如办公室行政，翻译工作等

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT:

• Undergraduates who can perform above 6-month internship
• 本科以上在读生，能参与6个月以上实习
• Advanced communication skill and learning skill, with creative & comprehensive thinking
• 具备较强的沟通协调能力、学习能力，具备创新及全面思考能力
• Willing to take challenge and enjoy working in a fast pace working environment
• 愿意接受挑战及乐于在快节奏的环境下工作
• Familiar with MS software
• 熟练使用相关办公软件
• Fluent in English speaking and writing is a MUST
• 英文读写务必流利

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
