Position： Production Manager/生产经理

Report to： Vice President/副总经理

Location: Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (工作地：江苏省太仓市)

Responsibilities:

1.组织实施公司下达的生产经营计划，保质保量地完成生产任务，确保安全高效高质生产；

Organize to implement production plan, quality and quantity of production, and to ensure safe production with high efficient and high quality.

2 负责编制年度生产计划和月度生产计划，提出生产部工作目标，并实施整改方案；

Responsible for annual and monthly production plan making, propose production department objectives and implement reform projects.

3 组织落实、监督和调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；

Make, implement, supervise and control index of technique, quality, equipments, costs and outputs.

4 负责车间基础设备管理和维护，保证生产现场正常生产；

Manage and maintain basic equipments in workshop to ensure normal production.

5 负责建立本部门组织架构，拟定年度用人计划，并确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤和工作任务；

Responsible for department organization establishment, drawing out annual personnel plan, and determine qualifications of personnel needed, work procedures and tasks.

6 指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，主持本部门员工的任用、培训、调配和评估等各项工作；

Instruct, supervise and check working of subordinate staff, hold employ, training, adjustment and evaluation for the department employees.

7 负责编制本部门预算，贯彻、执行公司成本控制目标；

Responsible for the department budgets workout, implement and execute corporation target of costs control.

8 严格执行生产安全管理制度，负责本部门员工生产安全教育和管理，对本部门安全生产负责。

Strictly implement production safety management regulations, responsible for the department employees‘ production safety training and department’s production safetyly.

Requirements:

1.35岁以上，本科或以上学历，机械、自动化控制或企业管理等相关专业；

Above 35 ages, Bachelor degree or above, mechanical, automatic control, enterprise management or relative major.

2.5年以上制造或相关行业外商独资企业生产管理工作经验以及丰富的人员管理经验；

At least 5 years production management experience in manufacture or related industry of foreign corporation, a great deal of experience in employees management.

3.具有良好的管理理念、品质管理意识和成本控制能力；

Good management sense, quality management and costs control abilities.

4.有较强的判断能力、分析和解决问题能力，擅长沟通与协调，具有影响力、应变能力，善于发挥团队精神；

Strong abilities to judge, analyse and problem-solving, good communication, coordination, influential, resilience and good team spirit.

5.极好的英语听说读写能力；

Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6.熟练使用办公自动化软件；

Microsoft office and basic computer skill proficiency;
