Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
To build a qualified, brand building distribution network that is capable of well presenting Reebok in multi-brand/specialty/B2B channel along with generating sales revenues to meet company business growth
To develop the best business partnership with multi-brand/specialty/B2B customers to meet long term business needs
Accountabilities
Planning
? Develop multi-brand/specialty/B2B channel business strategy respectively, including channel differentiation, distribution plan, range segmentation, account selection, brand mix and marketing support.
? Develop annual business plan, strategic direction for each channel respectively
? Work with product, brand/retail marketing to develop the constant brand support plan to key customers
Management
? Manage effective communication with brand/retail marketing to ensure the better resource leverage from channel to brand
? Manage effective communication with merchandising team to ensure the right and appropriate range segmentation
? Develops and manages proper account territory and structure to maximize channel opportunity aligned with channel strategy
? Manages trade inventory on healthy track
? Manages future order and shipment plan by quarter by month
? Reports market intelligence to management level on regular time
Financial
? A/R management
? T&E management
Systems and Processes
? Coordinates and oversees sell-in process, with preparation, brand message delivery and order collection
? Control and manage the shipment process including future order and prop order to align with marketing launch calendar
? Manage sales calling routes and report process
? Develop proper platform to be able to collect the market intelligence in time, such as overall market trend, competitive environment and account information

Actively participate in all departmental level training and development initiatives and activities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods companies, ideally with wholesale focus
- Ideally in sports industry
- University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
