? Management of project related activities End to End to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, achieves the final project objectives (FPOs). The scope of key responsibilities includes:

? Work with cross-functional team members to achieve the project FPO and develop detailed project timeline.

? Assign, define schedules and track cross-functional tasks/activities to ensure that project progress within expected timings. In charge of meeting minutes and follow up action record.

? Manage risk analysis & mitigation planning for projects. Escalate the risk report to project leader on time.

? Identify, monitor, communicate and resolve issues and other FPO hurdles that may arise during the project execution.

? Project data Maintenance in Gensight system.(cost, time line, SAP code input etc…)

? Prepare and present project reports as required.

? Complete the other tasks allocated by project leader.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

? 1-3 years project management experience in FMCG field. Willing to be a project manager as long term career plan.

? Independent Project Management experience. PMP certification can be a plus

? Packaging background and knowledge can be a plus

? Workable English verbal and written skill

? Problem-solving and analyzation skills

? Strong organizational skills; can work with details.

? Good patience and memory
