工作职责:

Position Summary

This position reports to the Executive Director of Corporate Development and Investments Department

Key Responsibilities

？ Will design, conduct and deliver market research studies independently

？ Will be involved in identifying prospective target opportunities, performing strategic and quantitative analysis, conducting commercial due diligence.

？ Will assist in determining appropriate valuation and deal structure, developing strategy for and conducting negotiations, driving activities to closure, and coordinating/leading all aspects of the post-closing integration with Company’s business units.

？ Will be responsible for all aspects of the transaction and will carry out tasks by managing a cross-functional team involving persons from our Business Units, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, IT, etc.

任职资格:

Qualifications

？ 2+ years related work experiences in reputable consulting firms, investment banks or Private Equity/VCs focused on healthcare and life science industries

？ Master or PhD in Biology or other biopharma relevant subject or MBA from top-rated business school, or similar level of experience and skills

？ Deep knowledge of market research methods, tools and techniques

？ Strong analytical skills, fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and broad quantitative analyses and familiarity with accounting & key operational metrics

？ Excellent judgment, mature personality, and experience working with executives

？ Team player, pro-active and action oriented, anticipates needs, is assertive, and is highly accountable.
